Full-Surface Perforation for Efficient Air Removal
For applications where air needs to escape during the packaging process, we can provide full-surface perforation.
The perforation allows trapped air to escape from the packaging material during filling and packaging. This can be particularly useful for applications where efficient air removal is required.
We will be happy to advise you on whether perforated film or bags are suitable for your specific application.
Large Dimensions and a Wide Range of Material Thicknesses
Our manufacturing capabilities allow us to produce films and tubing in a broad range of dimensions.
Our flat tubing is available with flat widths ranging from approximately 30 mm up to 3 metres.
For side-gusseted tubing, we can manufacture circumferences ranging from approximately 100 mm up to 12 metres.
Depending on the product and application, material thicknesses from 50 to 300 µm are possible.
This enables us to manufacture both lightweight packaging materials and robust solutions for demanding industrial applications.
