SHRINK HOODS LDPE/MDPE
Are used to protect pallets, mesh boxes and other containers. Pallet hoods, also known as covers, reliably protect against dirt, dust and moisture and prying eyes.
SHRINK HOODS
Shrinking creates a solid container that does not slip during loading or transport. This means that the shrink-wrapped pallet can withstand certain lateral forces during transport. Recyclable and non-slip suitable for all pallet dimensions. In addition, your goods are stabilized and transported safely. High tear and puncture resistance are guaranteed.
We produce shrink covers for Euro pallets and disposable pallets, shrink covers for boxes and other protective covers in various sizes and thicknesses. On request, we can also produce your shrink hood in special sizes to suit your needs.
Shrink hoods can be placed over the load in one step and shrunk using heat. So-called shrink guns are commercially available for shrinking. The heat effect of the shrink gun causes the film material to contract and the hood hugs the product. An ideal distance from the gun to the hood is about 30 cm. The packaged goods under the shrink hood are not damaged by the heat.

We process polyolefins such as high pressure (LDPE), medium pressure (MDPE), mixed films made of the aforementioned materials as well as polypropylene (PP) and various composite films. All raw materials and masterbatches we use are certified. A REACH declaration of conformity is available for each type of raw material. Every batch delivered has a batch certificate. These are managed and monitored in our quality management system. Depending on requirements and application, also via FDA approval.
An in-house quality assurance system ensures that all products can be tested and certified if required.

Our shrink hoods are environmentally friendly because they are 100% recyclable, rot-proof and neutral to groundwater. Polyethylene can be re-melted, i.e. it is completely recyclable and can therefore be reused in a different form. Our production waste is recycled in our own regenerated plant for reuse.
