R-LDPE is produced by collecting, sorting, and recycling used LDPE. Recycling is usually done mechanically (e.g., shredding, washing, extrusion).
Our rLDPE granules is pure, recycled reprocessed production waste.
We use only unprinted, additive-free LDPE films. They are processed into high-quality premium reclaimed plastic (PIR) in our in-house regeneration facility. This prevents color variations and eliminates any type of contamination. Thus, we contribute to reducing waste and conserving resources.
Waste from LDPE production is processed into new recyclate in our in-house regeneration plant. The granulate is of excellent quality and is also called regranulate or recyclate. The resulting bags, films, or tubes are characterized by high stability, tear resistance, and flexibility.
This makes our rLDPE a cost-effective, environmentally friendly, and resource-efficient alternative to our standard LDPE. It can be used in many applications. It is primarily used for garbage bags, cover films, and construction films.
Advantages of recycled material:
Conservation of resources (reduced need for primary raw materials)
Energy savings compared to new production
Reduction in waste volumes
Climate protection through lower CO₂ emissions
other properties:
Water Vapor Permeability PE
Oxygen Permeability PE
Material Restistance PP
